We have recently launched a new mentoring programme to assist farmers and farm family members to explore farm diversification options in a practical and pragmatic way with the assistance, free of charge, of an experienced agri-diversification advisor. As we know Farm Diversification is a process with a number of key steps, and working with Allen McAdam we are here to help along the way:
- On-site audit to determine existing situation, future needs, skills and resources available
- Stress testing of proposals and options
- Business Plan development and training
- Step by step support through the LEADER application process
- On going mentoring, advice and networking opportunities
