Rural Social Scheme: Participant Vacancy

The Rural Social Scheme provides eligible participants with farm-friendly part-time work opportunities in their own locality at times that do not interfere with farm work.  Open to farmers / his or her spouse or siblings with placements of 19.5 hours each week on the Scheme if currently in receipt of specified social welfare payments.

 

Participants will be given the opportunity to put their talents to good use in many of the community and environmental projects available in Meath whilst at the same time obtaining income support.

At present, the scheme comprises 16 participants in various positions in community groups across County Meath.  Currently there is 1(one) vacancy to be filled therefore we are seeking applications to be submitted by 5pm on October, 2nd 2015.
