This free 3-day mentoring training will focus on providing learners with the skills and knowledge they need to mentor budding entrepreneurs and social entrepreneurs. The training is a space where you can gain confidence around becoming a mentor within your professional environment or the community you work directly with.

What will we cover during the training?

The 3-day training will be packed with group discussions and hands-on activities that enable you to build the key components required to be a success mentor for those interested in becoming an entrepreneur. You can expect to:

• S hare and discuss your organisation's aims and ideas with other attendees.
• Draw connections and gain inspiration from others.
• Develop your skills and knowledge on mentoring women
• Discover the basics of mentoring an entrepreneur, particularly a social entrperenuer.
• Gain an understanding of the life cycle of mentoring from Initiation, Cultivation, Facilitation, and Reflection
